作为一家技术驱动型企业，截至2024年12月底，博众精工拥有研发人员1997人，每年投入研发费用占营收10.38%以上，公司已取得发明专利1426项，实用新型专利1270项，外观设计专利138项，并获得软件著作权669项，总计有效授权专利3503项。凭借强大的技术团队和创新能力，先后获得国家企业技术中心、国家级工业设计中心、国家技术创新示范企业、国家知识产权示范企业等国家级荣誉10多项，省级荣誉40多项。

四、薪资福利

1、薪资待遇：本科生年薪9-15万，硕士年薪13-25万，博士面议。薪资结构：底薪+年终奖金，每年一次调薪机会，根据公司整体经营利润及个人业绩予以调整

As of the end of December 2024, BOZHON has obtained 1426 patents for invention, 1270 patents for utility models, 138 design patents,  669 software copyrights，totaling 3503 valid authorized patents.

BOZHON has won over 10 national-level honors such as National Enterprise Technology Center, National-level Industrial Design Center, National Technological Innovation Demonstration Enterprise and National Intellectual Property Demonstration Enterprise and over 40 provincial-level honors by virtue of strong technical team and innovation capacity.

博众精工目前布局八大实验室：半导体封装工艺实验室、电子束精密控制实验室、电磁兼容性及可靠性实验室、工业控制标准化实验室、光机电一体化实验室、新型光源实验室、超精密机加工实验室、新能源激光装备实验室。

Now BOZHON has eight laboratories: Semiconductor packaging process laboratory, electron beam precision control laboratory, electromagnetic compatibility and reliability laboratory, industrial control standardization laboratory, optical, mechanical and electronic integration laboratory, new light source laboratory, ultraprecise machining laboratory and new energy laser equipment laboratory.

实验室共拥有各类研发实验设备100余台（套），主要围绕制造智能成套装备产业领域的先进技术，体现“高速高精度”、“柔性化与智能化”的研究特点。激光实验室更是配备有250~6000W激光器，满足锂电各工艺设备（激光模切，转接片焊接，顶盖焊接，密封钉焊接等）的激光验证要求，同时配备金相打磨机、显微镜、拉力测试仪等对焊接质量进行校验，为锂电设备的研发提供有力的技术支持。

The laboratories own over 100 sets of R&D experimental equipment, which are mainly around the advanced technology of manufacturing for intelligent complete sets of equipment, which featured “high speed and high precision” and “flexibility and intelligence”. The laser laboratory is furnished with laser devices from 250 to 6,000W, to meet the laser verification requirements of lithium battery process equipment (laser die cutting, adapter welding, top cap welding and sealing nail welding, etc.). It is also furnished with metallographic grinder, microscope and tensile tester to verify the welding quality to offer strong technical support for R&D of lithium battery equipment.
